All bookings made and accepted are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

To make a booking: Please forward us a cheque deposit of £200 together with the completed reservation form (Please click here to download our reservation form.) The deposit will be returned to you after your holiday on receipt of the apartment keys, and subject to no damage, breakages, extra cleaning etc.

Payment for the rental of the apartment is due 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. Should we not receive the full rental payment at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposit will be forfeited.

In all cases we reserve the right to cancel the holiday arrangements if the client fails to make the payment within the stipulated time.

Once a booking has been accepted we guarantee there will be no price increase unless you amend your booking in some way.

Cancellation by Client: To cancel your holiday, please notify us by phone/email as soon as possible. The cancellation charges are as follows:
	Up to 8 weeks before the holiday: 25% of the holiday
	Between 3 and 8 weeks: 50% of the holiday
	Less than 3 weeks: 100% of the holiday

Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control we offer you the choice of either purchasing another holiday date from us and receiving/paying any price difference or a full and prompt refund.

We take issues of security very seriously and ask that you lock the apartment and close the front garage door (new automatic door fitted 2005) whenever you leave. This will minimise security risks to yourself and other guests in the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. We ask you to observe this regulation.
