Les Houches des Bellevue comprises of 19 apartments on three levels. Its exterior is a traditional style stone clad & timber chalet, typical of the Haute Savoie region, with its modern well appointed interior.

The first floor apartment consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and separate WC, a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The apartment is situated on the corner of the building, with a large south facing balcony for al fresco dining or sun downers! The balcony has a stunning alpine view.

The living accommodation has been traditionally furnished by a local interior designer in Chamonix and is a very comfortable and welcoming after a day in the mountains.
The apartment is fully equipped for self catering, but if you fancy a meal out there are a great variety of reasonable priced restaurants in Les Houches and Chamonix. In addition to this, you can be offered a delivery service (see www.chaletfood.com) for meals from breakfast to dinner and for your basic provisions. The local supermarket has a fabulous array of tempting fresh food and an extensive delicatessen.

There is an underground garage with automatic doors, allocation for one vehicle and access to the apartment and ski locker.

The Bellevue cable car is a two minute walk from the apartment, as is the bus stop for free shuttle bus serving Chamonix and other surrounding ski areas. The famous men’s downhill The Kandalmar runs behind the apartment and from here you can ski to the apartment.

Equipment hire
There is a number of ski rental shops in Les Houches which offer every type of equipment for all levels of skiers. Cyprien Sports is a well stocked shop with extremely help staff and a 10% discount to all our guests.

Childcare
Les Houches village has a very good childcare centre from children aged 3 to 10 years and this is located within minutes of the apartment.

Apres Ski
Les Houches has a good variety of restaurants all in walking distance of the apartment. La Ferme des Agapes and the Hotel Slalom are the closest and they offer traditional Savoyard dishes as well as pasta, meat and fish dishes in a very friendly atmosphere. The brassarde (table barbecue) is a particular favourite and should not be missed. Le Delice is a modern restaurant which must be tried. Under the management of Katie and Fred the food is excellent and small children eat free.
